(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: (i) not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (ii) have Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "offer of services etc." by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2004, 2005, 2006 (iii) have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned (iv) have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned (v) meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order (vi) not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau
